First, Understand Who Gets the Money

- The Main Ramadan Package (Rs. 13,000): The government set aside Rs. 38 billion for this. It is meant for 1.21 million families. This is the Rs. 13,000 payment everyone is talking about.
- For New Families (Rs. 13,000): Another Rs. 28 billion was set aside for 1 million deserving families who were not already registered in any other government support program. They will also get Rs. 13,000.

- Get you ID Card Number (CNIC) .
- Type your 13-digit ID card number in the box.
- Below that, type the security code (the letters and numbers shown in the picture) exactly as you see it.
- Click the button that says “معلوم کریں” (Find Out) .
After you click, it will show your are eligiblity satutus for the package.
- If it says you ARE eligible: Congratulations! You should receive a payment message within a day or two.
- If it says you are NOT eligible: Don’t lose hope. If you believe you are a deserving person, you can still apply.
What to Do if You Are Eligible But Haven’t Gotten the Money
If the website says you are eligible, but you haven’t received the Rs. 13,000 yet, you need to call the government’s helpline.
- Dial 999 from your phone.
- The computer will welcome you to the Ramadan Relief Package.
- After a short wait, the system will ask you to press 0 (zero) to speak to a representative.
- Once connected, tell the representative your ID card number and your region.
- Explain that you checked your status online, it shows you are eligible, but you have not received the payment yet.
- The representative will verify your information with NADRA. After verification, your payment will be processed.
Important: The helpline number 999 is getting millions of calls, so it might be busy. Keep trying.
What to Do if You Were Never Surveyed
Many people are asking, “What if a survey team never came to my house and I’m not registered?” If you think you are deserving but were never surveyed, you should also call 999.
- Call 999 and press 0 to speak to a representative.
- Tell them you are a deserving person but your household was never surveyed.
- Give them your ID card number.
- They will either register you over the phone or send a team to your home to complete the survey. Once this is done, your payment will be sent.
