Applying online for government programs is usually meant to make things easier for people. Starting the Application

First, applicants need to open the official application link. After opening the website, they will see a Register option at the top right corner. By clicking on it, a registration page appears where they must enter their email address and create a password. Once this information is submitted, the account gets registered successfully.

After registration, applicants must log in using the same email and password. Before starting the application, it is important to prepare some documents in advance to avoid delays. These usually include:

  • Profile picture
  • CV or resume
  • Educational certificates
  • Domicile document
  • Union Council information

Having these documents ready makes the process smoother.

Filling Personal Information

After logging in, the first step is entering personal information. Applicants need to provide details such as:

  • First name and last name
  • CNIC number
  • Email address
  • Gender
  • Mobile number
  • District of domicile and issue date
  • Marital status
  • Date of birth
  • Postal and permanent address
  • Tehsil, city, union council, village or town

For the date of birth, the system allows users to select the year, month, and day from a calendar menu.

Once the information is filled, applicants must upload the required files including their profile picture, resume, and domicile copy. The system only accepts certain formats such as PDF or DOC, and the maximum file size must be less than 2 MB.

Work Experience Section

The next step asks about professional experience. Applicants must indicate whether they have work experience or not.

If they select Yes, they need to enter details such as:

  • Type of experience (teaching or non-teaching)
  • Employer name
  • Job designation
  • Start and end dates
  • Workplace address
  • Experience certificate upload

For each job, the applicant clicks “Add” to save the experience entry. Multiple experiences can be added one by one.

The Reality Many Applicants Face

Although the process itself is straightforward, many applicants are experiencing serious problems with the website. Pages take a long time to load, registration sometimes fails, and the system frequently stops responding. Because thousands of people try to apply at the same time, the website often becomes overloaded.

This situation has created frustration among applicants. Many people have spent hours trying to register or upload documents, only to see the website crash or stop working. Instead of a smooth digital experience, the process sometimes becomes stressful and time-consuming.

Final Thoughts

The online application system is designed to help people apply easily from their homes. The steps themselves are not complicated, and with the right documents ready, the form can be completed quickly. However, the real challenge lies in the technical performance of the website.
