Work Experience Section

The next step asks about professional experience. Applicants must indicate whether they have work experience or not.

If they select Yes, they need to enter details such as:

• Type of experience (teaching or non-teaching)
• Employer name
• Job designation
• Start and end dates
• Workplace address
• Experience certificate upload

For each job, the applicant clicks “Add” to save the experience entry. Multiple experiences can be added one by one.

The Reality Many Applicants Face

Although the process itself is straightforward, many applicants are experiencing serious problems with the website. Pages take a long time to load, registration sometimes fails, and the system frequently stops responding.
