What is the Ramadan Relief Package?
The Ramadan Relief Package is a government program to help low-income families during Ramadan. This year, the government has set aside PKR38 billion to support families in all provinces, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir for the first time.
Last year, families received PKR5,000 each, but this year the amount has been increased to PKR13,000. The money is sent directly to digital wallets or bank accounts, making it safe and fast.
So far, 64% of eligible families have already received their PKR13,000, with more than 11 lakh digital transactions completed across the country.

Who Can Get PKR13,000?
The program is for eligible low-income families. You can get the money if:
- You are registered with the government, or your family was identified in surveys.
- You were not registered before but meet the requirements.
A total of 1.21 crore families will get money. Out of this, PKR28 billion is for new families, and PKR10 billion is for already registered families. Overall, more than 6 crore people will benefit.
How Will You Receive the Money?
You will not get cash or checks. Instead:
- You will get a message on your mobile phone.
- The message will come from 9999—only trust messages from this number.
- You can then collect PKR13,000 from nearby digital wallet agents like EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or U-Paisa.
- No fees are required. If anyone asks for money, it is a scam.
