In this article, I will show you exactly how to register, fill your profile, add your education and experience, and apply to schools. By the end, you’ll know how to apply smartly and save time, money, and effort.

The STI portal opened on November 12, and it’s already getting huge traffic — over 1 lakh applications in just one day! Today, I’ll explain how to apply for STI jobs, check school seats, and avoid wasting your time or money.

  1. Application Fee:
    • Every school application costs 1000.
    • Example: 2 schools → 2000, 5 schools → 5000.
    • Always give priority to schools in your own Union Council (UC).
  2. Local Candidates First:
    • You can only apply for schools in your UC according to your CNIC and domicile.
    • Even if your merit is high, a local candidate will be preferred.
  3. Be Careful:
    • Check all schools in your UC — primary, middle, high.
    • Apply thoughtfully; don’t rush.
  4. Bank Receipt:
    • Fee is paid only through the bank.
    • Keep your receipt—it will be needed during the interview.

Step-by-Step Guide to Apply

Step 1: Open the Portal

  • Use mobile or computer.
  • Open browser and type: STI PESRP, then click the first link (STI.pes.pk).
  • Click once and wait; don’t click repeatedly or it will create errors.

Step 2: Register / Sign In

  • First-time users: Click Register.
  • Already registered but forgot password? Click Sign In.
  • Now the portal uses your CNIC instead of email.
  • Create a strong password that you can remember.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

  • Fill in: CNIC, full name, email, gender, mobile, district, tehsil, postal address.
  • Upload:
    • Photo (max 2 MB)
    • CV (max 2 MB)
    • Domicile
  • Files larger than 2 MB? Compress them online before uploading.

Step 4: Add Education Details

  • Enter all degrees step by step:
    • Matric → Intermediate → Bachelor → Masters
  • Include subjects, board, total marks, obtained marks, and attach result cards.

Step 5: Add Work Experience

  • Add teaching or non-teaching jobs:
    • Employer name, designation, start/end dates, responsibilities.
    • Attach experience letters.
    • Don’t have a letter yet? You can type a temporary one and submit the official later.

Step 6: Add Professional Qualifications

  • Include degrees like B.Ed, M.Ed, MA Education, and attach certificates.

Step 7: Generate Challan & Apply for Schools

  • Click Generate Challan for each school.
  • Maximum 5 schools per candidate.
  • Pay fees in Bank of Punjab.
  • Apply smartly, prioritizing schools in your own UC.

Extra Tips

  • Don’t rush — take your time.
  • Keep all receipts and documents safe.
  • Portal errors like 504 may occur — stay calm and retry.
  • Ensure your profile is complete before submitting.
  • Check school seats carefully and apply wisely.
